<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device, a recording head recovery processing device, and a recording head recovery processing method capable of suppressing entering of a foreign matter into a recording head in suction recovery operation for the recording head.SOLUTION: A discharge port of a recording head 10 is capped with a cap 11 for suction recovery operation to the recording head 10. Before releasing an inside of the cap 11 to the atmosphere through an atmosphere release valve 23, the inside of the cap 11 is suctioned with negative pressure generated by a suction pump. In addition, before releasing the inside of the cap 11 to the atmosphere through the atmosphere release valve 23, atmospheric pressure is introduced to the inside of the cap 11 via a pressure introduction valve 21, a buffer 13, and a buffer valve 22.</p> |
