extrapolating a projected glucose level based on a rate of change of a monitored glucose level; generating a modification to a therapy profile associated with insulin administration based on data associated with the monitored glucose level; and updating an insulin sensitivity factor on an ongoing basis based at least in part on a comparison of the projected glucose level with the monitored glucose level.
