A method of amplifying signal of a piezoelectricity biosensor is provided to amplify effectively a signal of the biosensor by detecting change of mass, density or viscosity using the piezoelectric sensor. A method of amplifying signal of a piezoelectricity biosensor comprises steps of: adding target material which is analysis object to a probe fixed to a sensing layer of the piezoelectricity biosensor; adding a second probe marked to enzyme diversifying a density or a viscosity of a substrate in the target material; adding the substrate disassembled by the enzyme to the enzyme and making enzyme reaction; and measuring variation of the density or the viscosity of the substrate by the enzyme reaction. The piezoelectricity biosensor is a SAW sensor. |
