PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gesture operation device and a gesture operation program for enabling a crew member to operate an operational object at a glance without gazing at it.SOLUTION: The gesture operation device includes: an ECU 20 for visual line detection for detecting the positions of the eyes and the visual line of a crew member from the photographic result of a camera 14 for visual line detection; an ECU 16 for gesture operation detection for detecting the positions of the hands and the gesture operation of the crew member from the photographic result of the camera 14 for gesture operation detection; and a gesture operation ECU 12 for determining an operational object device 22 on the basis of the positions of the eyes of the crew member detected by the ECU 20 for visual line detection and the positions of the hands of the crew member detected by the ECU 16 for gesture operation detection from among a plurality of predetermined operational object devices 22A and 22B, and for controlling the determined operational object device to perform a predetermined operation corresponding to the gesture operation detected by the ECU 16 for gesture operation detection. |
