摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influences of serge noises while ensuring the measurement accuracy even upon a sharp change of neutron measurement signals.SOLUTION: A neutron measurement device 20 includes: a neutron detector 1; a unipolar wave height identification section 4 that identifies the wave height of unipolar pulse signals to select only the pulse signals exceeding a threshold value in a direction at the unipolar side; a counter section 7 that counts the selected pulse signals at predetermined time intervals; an inverse unipolar wave height identification section 5 that identifies the wave height of the pulse signals having a polarity in a direction inverse to that of the unipolar pulse signals to select inverse unipolar pulse signals exceeding an inverse unipolar threshold value; a noise monitoring section 8 that determines whether the inverse unipolar pulse signals are generated; a time range setting section 6 that sets a predetermined time intervals; a count value correction section 11 that calculates a count value in a range to be corrected where inverse unipolar pulse signals are detected by using the count values immediately before and immediately after a range to be corrected in a range not to be corrected in which no inverse unipolar pulse signal is detected; and a count rate calculation section 13 that calculates the count rate.
