PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which suppresses denaturation and deterioration of drug effects of bio medicines, eliminates the possibility of contamination with impurities and allows long-term preservation.SOLUTION: A method of preserving a bio medicine comprises preserving a bio medicine in an oxygen-absorbable multi-layer molded container for medicine which has at least a first resin layer containing at least a polyester, an oxygen-absorbable layer composed of an oxygen absorbable resin composition containing a copolymerized polyolefin compound and a transition metal catalyst and a second resin layer containing at least a polyester, in this order. The copolymerized polyolefin compound contains a structural unit having at least one tetralin ring.
