PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometer capable of accurately obtaining a quantum yield, spectrometry, and a specimen container.SOLUTION: A spectrometer includes: a light source for generating excitation light L; an integrating sphere 20 which has an incident opening portion 21 through which the excitation light L is emitted, and an emission opening 22 for emitting measured light; a storing portion disposed in the integrating sphere 20 and storing the specimen 1; a collimater lens 212 and an aperture 213 for emitting the excitation light L to the specimen 1; a light detector for detecting the measured light emitted from the emission opening 22; and a data analyzing device for calculating the quantum yield of the specimen 1 on the basis of a detection value detected by the light detector. In the spectrometer, the excitation light L is emitted to the specimen 1 so as to contain the specimen 1. |
