PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which can exhaust heat from a heat generator more efficiently than a conventional one.SOLUTION: A heat sink 2 includes a plurality of fins 8 each of which is formed into a bow shape that are radial as a whole, and a front plate part 7 and a rear plate part 15 placed in the state that they face each other with the plurality of fins 8 in between. The front plate part 7 is formed in the way that it is thermally connectable to the heat generator, whereas on the rear plate part 15, an air intake 17 is formed. The plurality of fins 8 form ventilation passages 10 between adjacent two fins 8. When the air is taken in through the air intake 17 by rotation of a fan 3, the air is taken into the respective ventilation passages 10 from outside the plurality of fins 8 and, by joining the air flowing the respective ventilation passages 10, spiral airflows are formed. |
