摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer behavior analyzer which allows a user to easily comprehend an occurrence situation of a person who stops a self-service behavior to select a commodity from a self-service area.SOLUTION: The customer behavior analyzer includes: a person tracking section 46 which tracks a person moving in a vicinity of a self-service area on the basis of image information taken by a camera 1 which takes images vicinity of the self-service area where self-service commodities are disposed; a suspension person detection section 48 which acquires a movement direction of a person to an access area to which a customer moves for selecting a self-service commodity from the self-service area and a stay time of the person in the access area on the basis of the tracking result of the person tracking section and detects a person who suspends a self-service behavior on the basis of the movement direction and the stay time; and an output information generation section 49 which generates output information as an analysis result on the basis of the detection result of the suspension person detection section.
