PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cooling of an ECU in an engine room more certainly while securing aerodynamic performance.SOLUTION: The invention provides a grille shutter control device which adjusts the air flow of a travel wind which flows from the opening of a front grille mounted at the vehicular front side into an engine room. And, the control device includes changing rate calculating means for calculating a changing rate of temperature from a physical quantity corresponding to temperature of an electronic unit arranged inside the engine room at a specified time, reaching time calculating means for calculating the reaching time until that the electronic unit reaches a specified threshold temperature based on the physical quantity corresponding to temperature and the changing rate, and transition time calculating means for calculating the transition time for transiting from a first opening which is the opening of the grille shutter at a specified time to a second opening which is of a larger opening than the first opening, and the grille shutter opening is transited from the first opening to the second opening if the reaching time is not greater than the transition time. |
