The present invention relates to a nozzle for extracting Dutch coffee. More specifically, the nozzle of the present invention has excellent stability because an adjusting lever can be easily and simply operated, a discharged amount can be adjusted even in minute levels, and the adjusting lever is fixed through a stop pin, thereby preventing the adjusting lever from being released outside or separated while being used. Negative ions are provided to water through a water purifying pipe so that tasty Dutch coffee can be provided. The nozzle of the present invention comprises: a valve body, wherein a drainage hole, which has a hanging protrusion formed therein, is formed to penetrate therethrough, an O-ring, an adjusting ball, and a spring are installed in that order on the top surface of the hanging protrusion, a bolt coupling protrusion, which has an adjusting bolt coupling hole in which screw threads are formed, is formed on the top surface thereof, a lever coupling protrusion, which has a level coupling hole in which screw threads are formed to be coupled with the lever, is formed on one of the outer circumferential surfaces, and a stop pin insertion hole is formed on one side of the lever coupling protrusion; a waterproof cover which is coupled with the outer surface of the bolt coupling protrusion of the valve body, has an insertion hole penetrating therethrough, has a support plate formed on the top thereof, and has a coupling protrusion which downwardly protrudes from the bottom of the support plate; an adjusting bolt which is screwed in the adjusting bolt coupling hole formed in the bolt coupling protrusion of the valve body, has a water path penetrating therethrough, and has screw threads formed on the outer circumferential surface; and an adjusting lever which is screwed in the lever coupling hole of the valve body, has an axis forwardly protruding from the center of the handle of the lever, has screw threads formed at the front end of the axis, has the rear side thereof coupled with an O-ring, and includes a stop pin insertion hole formed at the rear of the O-ring. |
