PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective local MBMS service.SOLUTION: An LTE system 80 comprises: a UE81; a source eNB82; a network control entity 83; and a GPS device 84. In a step 801, the UE81 receives a local MBMS service by the source eNB82. In a step 802, the eNB82 acquires MBMS service location information from the network control entity 83. In a step 803, the eNB82 transmits the location information to the UE81. In a step 804, when the location information includes a geometric description, the UE81 acquires the current location (for example, from GPS84). In a step 805, when the UE81 is in a relevant region/area, the UE81 starts or continues service reception on the basis of the current location and the service location information. When the UE81 is not in the relevant region/area, the UE81 stops service reception. |
