PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens processing method and a lens processing device that enable multiple lenses to be continuously ground or polished without taking labor by using a lens holder capable of holding the lens without using an adhesive.SOLUTION: The lens processing method includes: a lens holding step S10 of holding a lens being a processing object with a lens holder on which a sheet material composed of a high friction material is pasted, by abutting a first lens surface of the lens against the sheet material thereby holding the lens with the lens holder; a processing step S11 of grinding or polishing a second lens surface that is an opposite side of the first lens surface of the lens; a deposit removing step S12 of removing a deposit from at least an outer peripheral side surface of an abutting surface between the lens holder and the lens, after the processing step; and a lens peeling step S13 of peeling the lens from the lens holder, after the deposit removing step. |
