PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a terminal-specific channel between a macro cell and a small cell in HetNet.SOLUTION: When connecting to a small cell, a terminal 14 reports CID of an associated macro cell to a base station 13 of the small cell (1). The base station 13 of the small cell uses CID reported from the terminal 14 to acquire an IP address of a base station 12 of the macro cell to which the terminal 14 belongs from a CID server 11 managing a correspondence relationship between CID, which is a cell-specific identifier, and an IP address of a base station of the cell (2). The base station 13 of the small cell uses the acquired IP address to set a channel for the terminal 14 to the base station 12 of the macro cell (3), (4). |
