<p>[Problem] To provide a radar device capable of suppressing the amount of interference with another radar device, and an interference suppression method. [Solution] A radar device (1) transmits a modulated pulse signal that has been modulated and an unmodulated pulse signal that has not been modulated, and is provided with an interference frequency detection unit (8), and a map generation unit (9). The interference frequency detection unit (8) detects an interference frequency that is the frequency of an interference wave on the basis of a received signal. The map generation unit (9) generates a frequency map that specifies an interference band that is a frequency band in which the interference frequency is present and a non-interference band that is a frequency band in which the interference frequency is not present. The center frequency of the modulated pulse signal and/or the unmodulated pulse signal is set on the basis of the frequency map.</p> |
