The error- or load detecting device has a voltage-measuring device (12) with a reference voltage measuring device, which is designed for higher measurement accuracy than a capacitive voltage measuring device, where measuring point of the reference voltage measuring device is located in a different field or on a busbar (1). An evaluation device (15) is adapted to use error- or load flow calculation for first field of a reference voltage obtained from the reference voltage measuring device as a direct voltage measurement information for the first field.
