Disclosed are an apparatus for measuring trunk alignment which measures trunk alignment generated in a functional operation for diagnosing, arbitrating, and preventing abnormal trunk alignment required for a dynamic motion, by using a slope sensor and arbitrates and prevents the abnormal trunk alignment by feeding back the measured result to a testee in real time, and a trunk alignment-feedback system having the same. An apparatus for measuring trunk alignment according to the present invention includes a trunk wear part which wears the trunk of a testee; a sensor part which is installed at the trunk wear part and comprises at least two slope sensors which measure the trunk alignment in the movement of the testee; and a control part which analyzes a signal from the sensor part to determine the error of the trunk alignment of the testee.
