A three-dimensional display system (10) comprises a display housing (24) and a plurality of projectors (12) for projecting two-dimensional images(102) into a space. Each projector (12) has means to adjust the distance between the projector (12) and the projected two-dimensional image (102), and each projector (12) is pivotally mounted to the display housing (24) for adjusting the horizontal and vertical position of the projected two-dimensional image (102) with respect to the projector (12). The display system (10) provides a high-resolution, three-dimensional, multi-coloured images which can be touched safely by a viewer. The display system (10) may be responded to physical objects in the display area. The display system (10) can be used to operate a computer and browse the world wide web. |
