PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a dispenser having, what is called, a pack suction effect in which discharge with a discharge port level always being in a constant state is possible in discharging a liquid, and in which the liquid in a nozzle can be drawn back to the inside according to a discharge operation.SOLUTION: A dispenser includes: a mounting member A in which a base end is opened to a seal cylinder part 12 erecting at an upper end part, and a nozzle 13 is protruded outward; a cylinder B whose upper end is fixed in the mounting member and which hangs in a container; and an operation member D which is mounted in a vertically movable manner by linking a piston D1 sliding in the cylinder, and by fitting a push-down head D5 at an upper end of a stem D2 demarcating a circulation passage p1 for circulating a liquid from the cylinder inside. Between an operation member outer periphery and a seal cylinder part inner periphery, a communication passage p2 divided by a lower part seal part 66 and an upper part seal part 59 is demarcated, and a pressurized liquid is discharged to the outside from a discharge port 13b of the nozzle 13 via the circulation passage p1 and the communication passage p2 by the pressing down of the operation member D. |
