PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein nutritive composition having excellent protein utilization efficiency, for the safe ingestion by renal disease patients with limited ingestion of phosphorus and potassium, without increasing risks for dialysis patients, in particular, to ingest excessive phosphorous and potassium.SOLUTION: The protein nutritive composition for patients with reduced renal function and dialysis patients includes rice albumen protein as active ingredient. The rice albumen protein has an inorganic phosphorus concentration of, preferably, 300 mg or less relative to 100 g of pure protein. The rice albumen protein has an inorganic potassium concentration of, preferably, 4.0 mg or less relative to 100 g of pure protein. |
