PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of reducing a difference between temperature information and preventing oscillation frequency variations.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device comprises: a semiconductor circuit board 50 on which at least a semiconductor circuit 51 is mounted; a piezoelectric vibration element 53 arranged on the semiconductor circuit 51 of the semiconductor circuit board 50; an excitation electrode 54 which excites and drives the piezoelectric vibration element 53; and an extraction electrode 55 provided at an end of the excitation electrode 54. The piezoelectric device further comprises a plurality of temperature sensors 56 and 57 arranged in a central position of the excitation electrode 54 and in a position near the extraction electrode 55, and a temperature sensor selection circuit capable of selecting an arbitrary temperature sensor from the plurality of temperature sensors 56 and 57 in the semiconductor circuit 51.
