The invention relates to an adjusting system for a vehicle seat, comprising two pairs of rails (1, 2) which are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, said pairs of rails being connected to each other via a support element (3) that is oriented transversally to the direction of the vehicle and supports an electromotive drive device (7) that is connected to a longitudinal adjusting device of the pairs of rails (1, 2) via drive shafts (8, 9). For use in pairs of rails (1, 2) with different gage measures the support element (3) is designed as a multi-part structure having at least two support element parts (4, 5, 6) that can be displaced relative to each other transversally to the direction of the vehicle. |
