The combustion chamber (3) comprises a screen (7) for protecting the supply head (6) from the burner flame (2), interposed between the combustion furnace (31) and the smoke supply head (6), the inlet (41) for smoke into the containment enclosure (4) is disposed in the upper third of said enclosure (4) and the containment enclosure (4) is provided with a closable outlet (43) for discharging condensates with controlled opening/closing.
