<p>The invention relates to intelligent shelves for points of sale, comprising a teleprocessing system at self-service points of sale at commercial establishments, which can be used for the real-time monitoring and control of information relating to the products displayed. Designed according to the principle of "information in hand", in which the three users obtain immediate information from the point of sale in real time, i.e.: the end customer who, simply by taking the product displayed on the intelligent shelf, obtains immediate information displayed on information display devices (LCD screen, monitor, digital display, etc.) relating to the price, instructions for use, impulse and commercial information, as well as obtaining information in interactive applications, with answers to frequently asked questions, digital positioning and impulse games, and augmented reality; the store or warehouse, where the intelligent shelf is an important ally that can improve efficiency in supply logistics, allowing control, from a processing and storage device connected to the network (cell, computer, tablet, mobile terminal, etc.), of retail inventories, product re-stock alarms that are relatively new to retail, automated orders to suppliers based on consumption statistics and season, as well as offering a tool that allows the remote management of prices according to the season, time or promotions; and the merchandising and sales area, where the intelligent shelf can be used, in real time and from a remote site, to obtain statistics relating to the point of sale, for remote management of digital POP advertising, BTL activities (interactive games, augmented reality, digital impulse activities based on customised applications, etc.), to take photos or videos of the gondola or store and to consult same remotely using a cell phone or computer.</p> |
