The invention relates to a culture medium comprising a carbon source, a nitrogen source, at least one mineral salt and a protein comprising the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or a functionally equivalent variant of same. Said culture medium can be used in a method for the simultaneous development of different species of fungi, including the growth of the mycelia thereof and the production of forms (spores) of perennialisation by said fungi.
