The present invention relates to a system to provide a missing child identification service capable of acquiring the identification data of a missing child when a child is missing, extracting the fingerprint data of the missing child and comparing the extracted fingerprint data with the fingerprint data stored in advance in a bank management server. To achieve this, the system to provide a missing child identification service using a communication network includes: a fingerprint recognition device placed on each bank counter, recognizes the fingerprint data of minors such as infants and children during the purchase of a financial product, and generates a fingerprint data; a first terminal connected to the fingerprint recognition device to be able to communicate data, receives the generated fingerprint data from the fingerprint recognition device, stores the fingerprint data temporarily, receives the client data of the corresponding fingerprint data, and stores the client data together with the fingerprint data; a bank management server connected to the first terminal through a communication network to be able to communicate data, receives the fingerprint data and client data from the first terminal, stores the received data in a database, and, when there is a request to check if data corresponding to a certain fingerprint data transmitted from the outside exists in the stored fingerprint data, searches the stored fingerprint data and finds out if there is an identical fingerprint data to the certain fingerprint data; and a second terminal which when a child is missing or the identification data of a certain minor needs to be acquired through fingerprint recognition, receives the fingerprint data of the missing child or the minor of which the identification data needs to be acquired generated by the fingerprint recognition device, and transmits the received fingerprint data to the bank management server. |
