A portable terminal having a touch panel is provided to improve the visibility of a display and reduce difference in reflective rate between an electrode layer and a gap. A first electrode layer(32) is formed in the upper side of a first film(31). A second electrode layer(34) is formed in the lower surface of a second film(33). The first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are patterned in order to sense the touched location. A spacer is formed in the form of a ball. The spacer is moved with the pressure applied to a protective layer. |
