PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc oxide insulation properties heat radiation filler in which powder resistance is high, and high heat conductivity and high dielectric breakdown voltage are shown when being blended in a resin composition; an industrial production method of the same; and a heat radiation properties composition including the insulation properties heat radiation filler.SOLUTION: A filler comprises forming a coating of an oxide containing at least silicon on a zinc oxide particle surface. The filler is preferably that a total pore volume calculated by a BJH method on the basis of an adsorption and desorption isothermal curve by nitrogen adsorption is made at most a specific value. In addition, a production method of the insulation properties heat radiation filler is useful for an industrial production since the fine coating by the oxide containing silicon can be performed by an inexpensive price and a short time. |
