PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display module and a display apparatus capable of reducing light loss that may be generated by a spacer.SOLUTION: A display module includes a display panel, a diffusion plate, a bottom chassis, and a transparent spacer having a diffusion pattern and disposed on the bottom chassis to support the diffusion plate. The spacer is configured to permit light transmission through the spacer, and the diffusion pattern is formed to diffuse light transmitted through the spacer.
