PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector in which a flat plate, that can be processed and attached easily and can be obtained by sheet-metal processing, can be used in a case.SOLUTION: A waterproof connector 1 connected with a circuit board 25 arranged in a case 2 includes a connector body 10 partially projecting to the outside of the case 2 through a connector mounting hole 210 formed in a lid panel 21 of the case 2, a cover member 3 arranged on the surface side of the lid panel 21 along the outer periphery of the connector body 10, and mounting the connector body 10 on the lid panel 21, and a back plate 4 for engaging the cover member 3 with the lid panel 21. The cover member 3 has a holding part 31 for holding a first seal member 51 between the lid panel 21, a holding groove 35 for holding a second seal member 52 between the connector body 10, and a caulking protrusion 32 being joined to the back side of the back plate 4. |
