PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load in living body monitoring by a monitoring person.SOLUTION: Pressure accompanying body movement of a living body P1 at a monitoring place B acts on a tube-like pressure sensor part 11. A signal generation part 12 generates biological signals on the basis of the inner pressure change of the pressure sensor part 11. A signal processing part 13 performs existence/non-existence of abrupt change in biological activity of the living body P1 on the basis of the biological signals generated by the signal generation part 12. A biological information notification part 14 gives notification of a determination result by the signal processing part 13.
