PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine rotational blade and a wind turbine generating apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of fatal damage to improve reliability while reducing maintenance cost.SOLUTION: A rotational blade comprises a pressure-side outer shell 21 and a suction-side outer shell 22 disposed to be facing each other, a blade body 17 formed and extended to have a cross-sectional blade shape which is hollow inside, and a main spar 26 extending inside the blade body 17 in the longitudinal direction of the blade body 17 and being connected to the blade body 17. The rotational blade is attached radially to a rotor hub of a wind turbine around a rotational axis. The blade body 17 includes a leading edge side outer shell 23 which connects the pressure-side outer shell 21 to the suction-side outer shell 22 at the leading edge side at the tip end side in the longitudinal direction and forms a leading edge part, an interior partition plate 25 which is disposed away from the leading edge side outer shell 23 toward a trailing edge side between the leading edge side outer shell 23 and the main spar 26 and connects the pressure-side outer shell 21 and the suction-side outer shell 22 at the leading edge side, and an abrasion resisting film 24 which covers a region including at least a leading edge part of the surface of the leading edge side outer shell 23. |
