PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of increasing the protection of wirings connected to a terminal group.SOLUTION: A TFT substrate 2 includes, at the liquid crystal layer 4 side: plural wirings 25 extending from an overlapped portion A to a non-overlapped portion B; a protection film 27 covering the plural wirings 25; plural protection conductors 6 disposed across a boundary between the overlapped portion A and the non-overlapped portion B corresponding to the respective wirings 25 on the protection film 27 to conduct with the respective wirings 25; a protection film 63 covering the plural protection conductors 6; and a terminal group 29a which are disposed on the non-overlapped portion B and connected to the plural wirings 25. |
