Provided are an internal olefin sulfonate composition that can sufficiently heighten foaming properties, foam lightness, and foam disappearance properties, and a cleaning agent composition that includes an internal olefin sulfonate. The internal olefin sulfonate composition contains an internal olefin sulfonate (A) having 12 carbon atoms, and an internal olefin sulfonate (B) having 14 carbon atoms. The mass ratio (A/B) of the contained component (A) and component (B) is 10/90-90/10, and the total content of said component (A) and component (B) within the internal olefin sulfonate is 60-100 mass%.
