A medicine administering device which applies voltage between electrodes and transdermally administers medicine determines medicine administration rates allotted between this medicine administering device and another medicine administering device in order to achieve a predetermined medicine administration rate, and sends the administration rate to be handled by the other medicine administering device to the other medicine administering device. The medicine administering device receives an administration rate from the other medicine administering device, and when the determined administration rate cannot be maintained in the medicine administering device or the other medicine administering device, the medicine administering device changes the administration rate of the other device so as to supplement the deficiency in the administration rate. |
