The connecting arrangement has a bolt, which penetrates an elongated hole (5) of the carrier-flange or the handlebar (1). A predetermined breaking point is provided in a wall section (A) of the elongated hole, where the wall section is broken in the area of the predetermined breaking point upon impact of the bolt due to exceptional external force action enabling a loosening of the connection arrangement. The predetermined breaking point is formed by a slot or notch (7).
