The present invention relates to a synthetic wood using waste clothing and a method to manufacture the same, which recycles waste clothing to prevent environmental pollution. The method in the present invention comprises the steps of: taking out pure waste clothing; inducing heating by a friction force between the waste clothing taken out; forcibly evaporating moisture by a friction force and a rotating force; grinding the waste clothing by a rotating blade; a waste clothing polymer grinding step of preparing a chip or pellet-state material; mixing wood flour (saw dust), waste clothing, and any one of a thermoplastic polypropylene (PP) and a polyethylene (PE) and an additive subsidiary material; and manufacturing a synthetic wood by extruding a mixed composition. |
