PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily share print data of a print requester with another user, and print the print data from an image forming apparatus without a large amount of time and effort.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 101 receives a job list of a user currently using an image forming apparatus 101 from a document management server 103, and receives, by an instruction of the user, print data corresponding to a job selected from the job list from the document management server 103 and print the print data. The image forming apparatus 101 further requests, by an instruction of the user, the document management server 103 to allow another user to be designated to print the job selected from the job list. The document management server 103 adds, according to the instruction of the user, the data corresponding to the job selected from the job list of the user to a job list of the designated another user (S1500 to S1513). |
