PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the scale of a circuit in a power source capable of outputting a positive voltage and a negative voltage, and control the respective positive and negative voltages with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A power source device includes a transformer that outputs voltage, a feedback unit that outputs feedback signals on the basis of the voltage output from the transformer, and driving means for driving the transformer according to setting signals for setting the output voltage and the feedback signals. The feedback unit controls the voltage to be output according to a value of difference between the output voltage and a threshold, in either case of outputting a voltage having a positive polarity or a voltage having a negative polarity. |
