PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable automatic injection device which carries a medicine from a vial into the inside thereof before hypodermic injection to a patient.SOLUTION: An automatic injection device includes a first sub-assembly. The first sub-assembly includes a fluid holding chamber 116. The chamber 116 includes an inner surface and an outlet hole 114. The first sub-assembly includes a stopper 112 movably arranged inside the chamber 116. The stopper 112 has an outer surface substantially contacting with an inner surface around a peripheral part thereof. The first sub-assembly includes an adaptor 118 which is configured to carry fluid into the chamber 116. The adaptor 118 includes means for moving the stopper 112 through the chamber 116, and means 128 for carrying fluid from a fluid container 132 into the chamber 116 when the stopper 112 moves away from the outlet hole 114. The adaptor 118 carries the fluid from the fluid container 132 into the chamber 116 through a hollow fluid carrying needle. |
