PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET drawn yarn that has excellent morphological stability and is desirably applied to a cord for a cap ply of an air injection type tire, a PET tire cord, methods for producing these, and a tire including the PET tire cord.SOLUTION: The PET drawn yarn comprises 90 mol% or more of PET, and has a shrinkage when a load of 226 g/1000d is applied at 180°C that is 25% or more of a shrinkage when a load of 20 g/1000d is applied at the same temperature. The PET tire cord has a shrinkage behavior index of 0.1(g/d)/% or more under a load of 0.0565 g/d at a temperature of 180°C. The shrinkage when a load of 226 g/cord is applied at 180°C is 50% or more of the shrinkage when a load of 20 g/cord is applied at the same temperature.
