<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain content management corresponding to complex security policy.SOLUTION: In a document management system 1, a portable terminal 10 encrypts a document 2 and uploads the document to a document server 200. The portable terminal also notifies the document server 200 of the other portable terminals 10A, 10B having right to browse the document 2 as a browsing group 9, and transmits information for decryption to the portable terminals 10A, 10B. In this case, only the portable terminals 10A, 10B can download the document 2 from the document server 200 and perform decryption. Besides, since the portable terminal 10 sets a security parameter, a limit corresponding to not only a terminal intrinsic ID but also time and present position can be set in browsing the document 2.</p> |
