PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance refractory coating material maintaining excellent fire resistance efficiency equal to that of conventional ones and having extremely excellent other various physical properties such as bulk specific gravity and heat conductivity.SOLUTION: An inorganic binder consisting of an aluminum hydroxide powder and a calcium silicate hydrate slurry, and a xonotlite slurry secondarily aggregated with an aegagropila shape becoming a specific gravity adjustment member can be used with an appropriate blending condition and a processing step to increase a blended amount of aluminum hydroxide to 50-90 wt.% rapidly and obtain a molded body having any bulk specific gravity in a range of 0.20 to 0.80.
