1. A method for inducing IFN production in a subject, which comprises administering Lactococcus lactis JCM5805 or Lactococuss lactis JCM20101 capable of activating plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and incuding IFN production or a cultured or processed product thereof to the subject.
