When a statement in the time chart is being executed, whereby the operation of one device or another device is controlled on the basis of a change in the status of the one device at a prescribed time, this device control apparatus (2) executes the operation of the one device or the other device, with the conditions for executing the operation being that the prescribed time has arrived and that the status of the one device has changed.
