<p>The present invention relates to a gel scaffold in which bioactive peptides are self-assembled and a preparation method therefor, and more specifically, to a gel-shaped scaffold in which bioactive peptides are self-assembled, thereby enabling mesenchymal stem cells to be differentiated into bone tissue, and a preparation method therefor. The scaffold according to the present invention can be coated on the surface of various medical instruments such as an implant and the like and can be mixed with a particulate bone graft material to be applied thereto, and thus can maximize tissue regeneration by increasing the treatment effect of conventional medical instruments in dentistry, bone tissue restoration of a patient with a tumor, orthopedic surgery, and plastic surgery.</p> |
