The present invention relates to an aerobic exercise bed including a bed main body where a bottom plate is formed in a lower portion, a long side and a short side are formed on both side surfaces to face each other, and an upper portion is open; a frame that supports the bed main body; a driving unit that is mounted on the frame and rotates the bed main body to provide inclination; a pivoting unit that is received by the bottom plate of the bed main body to support the human body and is slid forward, backward, leftward, and rightward; and an oscillating unit that is formed in one end portion of the bed main body to be capable of fixing an ankle and shakes the fixed ankle leftward and rightward. According to the present invention, a patient can do an aerobic exercise while lying in bed by doing a horizontal motion at each body part such as the waist and hips, can do a horizontal motion of the ankle, and can be positioned upside down in a lying state for improvement of blood circulation. |
