PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make terminal call originating operation possible at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A terminal network control device (15) for connecting a first terminal comprises a communication unit for communicating with a second terminal via a communication line and a main control unit (20) for controlling the communication unit. When the second terminal calls the first terminal, the second terminal transmits a calling signal of the called side first terminal and then transmits call origination source information identifying the calling source second terminal. The main control unit checks the call origination source information received by the communication unit with predetermined terminal identification information at the time of receiving an incoming call from the second terminal, and if it determines both pieces of information agree, it controls the communication unit to perform line connection of the communication line by responding the calling signal received next after the call origination source information, and then disconnecting the line connection. |
