PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable elastomer composition which has excellent flexibility and barrier properties when hardened and is capable of suppressing bleedout.SOLUTION: A photocurable elastomer composition comprises (A) a liquid polymer of a number average molecular weight of 5,000 or greater based on the unit of -[CHC(CH)]-, (B) a (meth)acrylate monomer and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, in a mass ratio (A):(B) of 10:90 to 39:61.
