PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle, which can inhibit occurrence of erroneous learning when learning initial oil pressure of a lock-up clutch on the basis of a dead time.SOLUTION: An ECU 8 learns initial oil pressure of a lock-up clutch 24 on the basis of a time to engagement start of the lock-up clutch 24 when a vehicle speed is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value and a turbine rotation speed is within a predetermined range, and does not learn the initial oil pressure of the lock-up clutch 24 when the vehicle speed is larger than the predetermined value or the turbine rotation speed is out of the predetermined range. |
